Famous WW2 Quote
"You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word. It is victory. Victory at all costs. Victory in spite of all terrors. Victory, however long and hard the road may be, for without victory there is no survival."Winston Churchill

My Grandfather, who is recently deceased, was on the Mizpah when this happened. I have more pictures of the aircraft prior to this incident. He was the Tech Sgt. / Radio Gunner (George Simonelli). To my knowledge I believe one of the last survivng crew memebers is still alive today, I am not too sure however.
